Start this summer right, get in shape and join the Spring Boot Camp. Loose fat by jump starting your metabolism with a high intensity heart pumping bodyweight workout.
Using time tested simple exercises done in short bursts of high intensity that combined with wise dieting will help you loose unwanted weight and develop superb physical conditioning. This program combines the latest in sports science with ancient yoga based movement in one health bringing package. The class is suited to all levels, all of the exercises can be scaled up or down to suit each individual’s capacity. Each class will have a short warm up, followed by an an intense sweat-dripping, pound shedding workout and short cool down. Simple dietary information will also be available.
